Join us for a hands on/ interactive presentation followed by a Q & A on In Season Strength Training and Mobility to improve your run with Chris Brown, CSCS.  

Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist / Personal Trainer with a B.S in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Athletic Training (prevention and care of athletic injuries). Chris specializes in strength training for endurance athletes and post-rehab strengthening.
