Yoga For Runners

When: Tuesday June 25th- from 7PM to 8PM
Where: At the store 

Yoga instructor, Anjali Longan, will be leading the class through yoga poses specifically to help runners. 

Bring your own mat if possible. 
The class will be limited to 15 people and a RSVP is required.  RSVP  online
