Yoga For Runners

Yoga for Runners!
When: Thursday November 16th, 7 PM - 8 PM
Where: Fleet Feet Nashua

Yoga instructor, Anjali Longan, will be leading the class through yoga poses specifically to help runners. 

No cost, no experience necessary.
Bring your own mat if possible. 
Class is limited to 25 participants. CLASS IS FULL.
