Program Start: Tuesday February 12th, 2019 @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 PM
Goal Race: Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter 5K or 10K, April 7th, 2019
Program Fee: $75, does not include race registration fee (register in store)
Description: 8 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Sports technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. Looking to improve your 5K time or run a 10K? Join us for this training program!

Hollis Fast 5K Training Program

Program Start: Tuesday April 23, 2019 @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 PM
Goal Race: Hollis Fast 5K, Thursday June 13th @ 6:30PM
Program Fee: $70 before 4/8 then $75, does not include race registration fee (register in store)
Description: 8 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Nashua technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. All paces are welcome, whether you are looking to run your first 5K or get back into running.
