5K Training Program

Program Start: Tuesday April 18th, 2017 @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 PM
Goal Race: Hollis Fast 5K on Thursday June 8th @ 6:30 PM
Program Fee: $65 until 4/2/17 and then $75. Does not include race registration fee (registration is available in store)
Description: 10 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Sports technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. All paces are welcome, whether you are looking to run your first 5K or improve your time and endurance. Early registration ends on 4/2/17.

Fall 5K Training Program

Program Start: Tuesday September 19th, 2017 @ 6 pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 pm
Goal Race: Great Gobbler Turkey Trot, Thursday 11/23@ 8 am
Program Fee: $65 until 9/1/17 and then $75. Does not include race registration fee (registration is available in store)
Description: 10 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Sports technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. All paces are welcome, whether you are looking to run your first 5K or you are getting back to running from an absence or injury. Program Start: Wednesday July 12th @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Monday 6 PM (optional), Wednesday 6 PM - workout, Thursday 6 PM (optional) Sunday - long run (time TBD)
Goal Race: Smuttynose 1/2 Marathon 10/1/17
Program Fee: $100: First time $90 Alumni rate (does not include race registration fee) Register in store
Description: 12 week program Workouts are on Wednesdays at 6 PM and long runs will be held Sunday mornings. Most runs and workouts will begin at Fleet Feet Nashua unless otherwise instructed. Program fee includes technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals.
