Intermediate 5K Training Program

Program Start: Tuesday February 10th, 2020 @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 PM
Goal Race: Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter 5K, April 5th, 2020
Program Fee: $75 (registration is available in store too)
Description: 8 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Nashua technical shirt(for first time participants), running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. Looking to improve your 5K time? Join us for this training program!

Couch to 5K Training Program

Program Start: Tuesday April 21, 2020 @ 6pm
Program Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00-7:00 PM
Goal Race: Hollis Fast 5K, Thursday June 11th @ 6:30PM
Program Fee: $75, (registration is available in store too)
Description: 8 week program. Program fee includes Fleet Feet Nashua technical shirt(for first time participants only), running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee. All paces are welcome, whether you are looking to run your first 5K or get back into running.
