Monadnock Half Marathon Training Program

About Our Summer Half Marathon Training Program

Training will begin on Tuesday June 16th at 6 pm and continue through the race on Sunday August 9th.  There will be two coached runs per week and a third group run. 

Program Details

  • Start date: Tuesday June 16th
  • Workouts begin from the Fleet Feet store on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 pm & Sundays at 8 am. Many runs will be in Mine Falls Park - a short 1/2 mile run from the store.
  • Restrooms and changing rooms are available at the store. 
  • Length: 8 weeks
  • Race date: August 9th 
  • Cost: $100 (does not include race registration)
