You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly and a technical t-shirt. You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone - Fleet Feet Sports is here for you!
Boston Marathon Training Program
Program Start: Wednesday January 4th, 2017
Program Schedule: Monday 6 PM (optional), Wednesday 6 PM - workout, Thursday 6 PM (optional), Sunday 8 AM - long run.

Program Fee: $125: First Time Register in store or online. $105: Alumni Rate. Register in store only
Description: 16 week program.
Most runs and workouts will begin at Fleet Feet Nashua unless otherwise instructed.
Program fee includes technical shirt, running form, nutrition & recovery advice and demos by Fleet Feet staff and other professionals. Does not include race registration fee.
