Drop In Workouts or Long Runs

Are you training for a Fall 1/2 marathon or marathon on your own?

Join us for Workout Wednesday or Long Run Sunday for only $5 per session and enjoy a coached workout or long run!

Wednesday Workouts  (leave from store at 6 pm*) 
Aug  9th - progression run
Aug 16th - progression run
Aug 23rd - 200m hills

Sunday Long Runs begin at 07:30 am* for the marathon group and the half marathon group.

Marathon Group
Aug 6th - 10 miles
Aug 13th - 11 miles
Aug 20th - 13 miles

Half Marathon Group
Aug 6th - 6 miles
Aug 13th - 7 miles
Aug 20th - 8 miles

 *Call the store to verify the correct time.  Meet at Fleet Feet 10-15 minutes before the scheduled run time. Changing rooms, rest rooms and water are available at the store.
