Drop In Workouts or Long Runs

Join us for Workout Wednesday or Long Run Sunday for only $5 per session and enjoy a coached workout or long run!

Wednesday Workouts  (leave from store at 6 pm*) begin on February 28th
3/28: 6 miles (mid tempo run- 2 mi easy/2 mi @rp, 2 mi easy
4/4: 5 miles (1 mile wu; 4x800m at RP w 400 rec; 1 mile cd)
4/11: 6 miles (hilly route, easy)

Sunday Long Runs begin at 09:00 am* for the half marathon group 
Saturday 3/31: 8 miles ** Run will begin at 7:30 AM
Sunday 4/8: 9 miles

 *Call the store to verify the correct time.  Meet at Fleet Feet 10-15 minutes before the scheduled run time. Changing rooms, rest rooms and water are available at the store.
