Drop In Workouts or Long Runs

Check back in January 2018 for the winter/spring workout and long run schedules for spring races.  

Join us for Workout Wednesday or Long Run Sunday for only $5 per session and enjoy a coached workout or long run!

Wednesday Workouts  (leave from store at 6 pm*) begin on February 28th
2/28: 4 miles 

Sunday Long Runs begin at 08:00 am* for the half marathon group (start on Sunday March 4th)

 *Call the store to verify the correct time.  Meet at Fleet Feet 10-15 minutes before the scheduled run time. Changing rooms, rest rooms and water are available at the store.
