Drop In Workouts or Long Runs

Are you training for a Fall 1/2 marathon or marathon on your own?

Join us for Workout Wednesday or Long Run Sunday for only $5 per session and enjoy a coached workout or long run!

Wednesday Workouts  (leave from store at 6 pm*) 
Sept 13th - Fast finish run

Sunday Long Runs begin at 07:00 am* for the marathon group and the half marathon group.

Marathon Group
Sept 17th - No run from the store on 9/17
Sept 24th - 16 miles (10 @ marathon pace)

Half Marathon Group
Sept 17th -  No run from the store on 9/17
Sept 24th - 10 miles

 *Call the store to verify the correct time.  Meet at Fleet Feet 10-15 minutes before the scheduled run time. Changing rooms, rest rooms and water are available at the store.
