Drop In Workouts or Long Runs

Are you training for a Spring 1/2 marathon or marathon on your own?

Join us for Workout Wednesday or Long Run Sunday for only $5 per session and enjoy a coached workout or long run!

Wednesday Workouts  (leave from store at 6 pm*) 

Wednesday 5/3/17 workout: 200 m hills (plus warm up and cool down)

Sunday Long Runs begin at 07:30 am* for the marathon group and the half marathon group.

Sunday 5/6/17:  16 miles marathon group / 11 miles - half marathon group

 *Call the store to verify the correct time.  Meet at Fleet Feet 10-15 minutes before the scheduled run time. Changing rooms, rest rooms and water are available at the store.
