End Date: Sunday November 1st - Fleet Feet 5K at Mine Falls
The group will meet for training runs on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 PM and some Saturday mornings at 8 AM from Fleet Feet Nashua. The training plan will consist of walk/run interval workouts and be coached by experienced Fleet Feet staff members.

Example first week training plan
Monday: 5 min walk - 10x1 min (run1/walk1) - 5 min walk
Wednesday: 5 min walk - 7x2 min run - 1 min walk - 4 min walk
Friday: Cross-Training or brisk 20 minute walk
Saturday: 5 min walk - 8x2 min run - 1 min walk - 4 min walk
